Patrick Fitzsimmons, Regional CEO of WNC Red Cross discusses the 100th anniversary of our local Red Cross, some about the origins of the Red Cross as a neutral party in times of war, and the types of services provided in western North Carolina. A brief review of sustainable development projects that the American Red Cross engages will also be included.
