Event Description
Please join us on Friday, June 29th at 9:00am in the Land-of-Sky Regional Council office for the next meeting of the Asheville Area Electric Vehicle Committee. This meeting will be used to:
- discuss charging station deployment and mapping strategies to promote EV adoption in our region (click here for a map of existing public charging stations),
- review EV-friendly policies, codes & standards with Advanced Energy
- update attendees on the NC PEV Readiness Initiative
- test drive the electric vehicles plugged into our solar EV charging station
The meeting will last from 9:00am to 11:30am at the Land-of-Sky Regional Council office located at 339 New Leicester Hwy in Asheville (directions). Please send an email to brian@landofsky.org or call 828-251-6622 to RSVP.
