NC Energy Office soon to open a major enegy efficiency grant for applications

The North Carolina Energy Office intends to post a solicitation for a second round of proposals from owners of commercial facilities, industrial facilities and incorporated large nonprofit organizations for energy efficiency upgrades using commercially available technologies to reduce energy and petroleum consumption, cut costs and emissions.

School board to get 80% of electricity needs from solar, save $40million over 20 years

The Antelope Valley Union High School District, located in Lancaster, California, has partnered with PsomasFMG and Southern California Edison to build a 9.6 megawatt (MW) photovoltaic system.
