Wall Framer/Truss Fabricator:

This individual is responsible for the cut-out and assembly of wall panels, roof and floor trusses for prefabricated homes.  Successful candidates will succeed in a team environment and place personal emphasis on safety and quality.  This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.  Candidates should have strong communication skills, proven understanding of basic mathematics, and be physically able to lift 50 pounds.  Previous construction framing experience in the use of table saws, chop saws, radial arm saws and pneumatic nail guns is required.  Candidate should have basic experience reading construction drawings.  Previous welding experience and possession of a CDL license is a plus.  Green building experience is also valued.

Outside Sales Account Manager:

Delkote seeks a motivated sales person with experience in the construction industry to work as an independent contractor.  The successful candidate will establish a network of industry contacts in conjunction with existing accounts to promote sales of insulation, pre-finished siding products, and panelized homes packages to area builders.  Compensation will be commission based with an initial allowance for training.
