On Wednesday June 15th, from 3-5 PM, the NC Biofuels Center will be hosting a discussion forum on the status of biofuels in WNC. Specifically, this discussion with regional partners will focus on:
∙ Status Report: North Carolina’s Biofuels Endeavor Statewide
∙ At Hand in Western North Carolina: Activities and Possibilities
∙ 2011 and Beyond: Strengthening Regional Biofuels
The NC Biofuels Center is a private, nonprofit corporation headquartered on the 426-acre North Carolina Biofuels Campus in Oxford. It receives continuing funding from the General Assembly to implement North Carolina's Strategic Plan for Biofuel's Leadership and to help make the state more energy independent.
