SolTherm Ribbon Cutting on Haywood County's Largest Solar Thermal Installation.

On Tuesday, February 22nd, SolTherm Energy held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Silver Bluff Village solar thermal installation. This solar thermal installation is the largest in Haywood County, and will provide the residents of Silver Bluff with roughly half of their hot water needs and $174,000 savings over the course of the system's life. In attendance of this event were representatives of Heath Shuler's office, and Richard Burr's office, as well as Reid Conway, program manager for the NC State Energy office's in Asheville, NC.
